Y2K Warsaw sells unique used and vintage clothing. Each piece is one of a kind. The condition, measurements, and visible wear are described and photographed on the product page.
No voluntary returns
We do not offer voluntary returns for a change of mind, fit, or styling. Disclosed wear that is consistent with age and previous use is part of the item's condition, not an undisclosed defect.
Undisclosed defects
If you find a defect that was not described on the product page, email us. There is no return form. Describe the defect and attach a photo. We will review the case and decide whether the return is approved.
For an approved return, the buyer pays the return shipping. We prefer InPost parcel locker to parcel locker, sent to the Marszałkowska 76 parcel locker. We refund within 7 business days to the bank account number we request by email.
The item must come back with its tag attached, without any signs of use, and without alterations. Any sign of use, a missing tag, or an alteration means we will refuse the return.
Stylists and business purchases
We do not accept returns from stylists. We accept returns only for defective products. For styling, use our rentals service.
If you buy for a business, provide your NIP and company details when placing the order.
Online consumer purchases
If you buy online as a consumer, mandatory statutory withdrawal rights may also apply. Where the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw, email us a clear statement within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within the following 14 days. There is no return form. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
